🇩🇪 The capital city we were hinting at yesterday is Berlin! Berlin, the German capital, will introduce its first Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) system on metro lines U5 and U8. Both lines will be upgraded to GoA2 (Grade of Automation), which will transform the city’s future commute, making it faster, smoother, and safer than ever before. With our Trainguard MT CBTC solution, we enable our customer Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) to achieve a possible headway of 100 seconds. This will boost each line's capacity by up to 30%, ensuring a more efficient and seamless commute for passengers traveling across the city and #TransformTheEveryday. The best part? Both lines will continue to operate during the upgrade, with all the magic happening behind the scenes. Enjoy your next ride. 🚆

Save the energy consumption of a small town. Our holistic #Train2Cloud solution is ready to #TransformTheEveryday. Operators achieve remarkable #EnergySavings of up to 20%. To put that into perspective: with our platform in place, a metro line could save as much as approx. 12,400,000 kwh per year. That’s equivalent to the energy consumption of a small town! Imagine that you could save the equivalent energy consumption used by about 3,500 households every year. Things like driving, heating, cooling, watching TV, or working on their PCs. That’s the level of energy saving efficiency that’s possible. #MaximizeTransit
