Support in tracking delivery dates
Creation and maintenance of line sheets and order overviews
Purchase Order (PO) creation
Input and maintenance of ERP data
Request and track arrival of sales & photo samples
Enter fabric specifications and maintain a fabric stock list
Daily communication with internal stakeholders
Your core skills
Studying in the field of fashion management, business administration, or a similar qualification
Passion for fashion, particularly in e-commerce business
Ideally first work experience in fashion or buying
Great communication skills
Highly motivated team player with an ownership mentality
Structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working
Very good IT skills incl. MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Very good spoken and written English
