Working hours: 20 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week during non-lecture periods

Department : Global Offer Processes (Assortment Strategy and Optimization)

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with METRO Countries and other key stakeholders to develop strategically relevant concepts and IT solutions for multichannel assortment management. You will also play a role in the international rollout of proven wholesale concepts and IT solutions, driving improvements in ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate on Development: Work with METRO Countries and other stakeholders to create and refine strategically important concepts and IT solutions for multichannel assortment management.
• Support International Roll-Out: Assist in the hands-on international deployment of successful wholesale concepts and IT solutions, actively challenging and enhancing existing processes.
• Analyze Results: Evaluate the performance of METRO Countries in multichannel assortment management, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
• Track Projects and Milestones: Monitor and keep track of the progress of ongoing projects and achieved milestones
  
  

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for a period of at least one more year and are studying Business administration, International Management, Economics or similar
• You have good communication and organizational skills
• You are confident in handling Microsoft Office and have strong Excel skills
• You are fluent in English language, both written and orally
• You are authentic, curious, result oriented, up to take challenges and being proactive
