Working Student | Sales Operations (all genders)

THE ROLE

Are you a sales-oriented person with a strong understanding of processes to support the Sales Operations Team for their daily business? If yes, come join us at Lucanet as we are looking for a working student with strong analytical skills, affection for numbers and no shyness about internal and external communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supporting Account Managers in their daily tasks, including managing client relationships
• Assisting with the management of client contracts in Salesforce
• Preparing and follow up on sales documents and being co-responsible for maintaining customer data
• Collaborating with internal teams, from the Sales division, Customer Success, Channel and Marketing
• Participating in client meetings and calls, taking notes for follow ups and the corresponding appointment coordination
• Continuously learning about SaaS-environment and the company's products

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You are studying business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• Very good communication skills in German and English are required.
• Ideally, you already have some practical experience from other student jobs or internships
• Experience in working with CRM systems and master data maintenance is a plus
• You are experienced in using the entire MS Office suite, especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and have a general high affinity for software
