Your job as a Warehouse Team Member, entails dynamic supply chain tasks, including receipt of goods, booking in, put-away, internal supply, shipping activities, invoice preparation, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Main responsibilities:
Put away and transfer of goods and materials internally, input data into SAP as applicable
Pick, pack and ships customer orders in line with ship schedule
Operate all powered handling equipment in warehouse – forklift, inverters, stretch-wrap machine and hand tools in a safe manner
Inventory accuracy programme adherence (at 100%)
Maintain a high standard of warehouse house keeping
Support improvement initiatives related to the Warehouse
Support Manufacturing Operations
About You
Experience:
Experience in GMP warehousing
Ability to handle a wide range of materials handling machinery
Soft and technical skills:
Competent in the operation of common warehouse equipment
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Good understanding of cGMP warehouse procedures
Ability to work in a team – good interpersonal skills
Good written and numerical communication skills, good analytical approach
Ability to work on own initiative
Understanding of site KPI’s
Education:
Second-level Certificates
Materials handling
Forklift driving
