Our global Tesla Design Studio is on the lookout for a driven Video Producer intern. You'll be part of a multidiciplinary team based in Berlin, DE.

As a Design Intern, you'll be responsible for both creative and logistical aspects of video projects covering the full range of Tesla products and innovations from automotive to energy and beyond.

From Design studio, the customer experiences are conveived and crafted for both tactile and digital realms, encompassing our vehicle, energy, and charging programs.

You will shape Tesla's external image through compelling visual narratives and creative content, all in support of our critical mission: Accelerating the World's Transition to Sustainable Energy.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with creatives to monitor and manage project from concept to completion

Create shot lists, shoot schedules, and call sheets for all video shouts, ensuring all necessary details are accounted for

Acquire rental equipment and props, as well as hire and manage talent, and/or external vendors when needed

Coordinate interdepartmentally within Tesla to plan video shoots, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and and involved in the process

Be effective with time and budget. Be capable of tackling a single day or multi-week production, locally as well as out of state and internationally

Stay updated on technical trends, including AI and automation tools, and incorporate them into your work

Basic DIT: offload and deliver footage to post-production team.

What You'll Bring

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field

Some experience in video production at an agency, production company or in-house marketing, communications or creative services department

Proficiency in Davinci Resolve, Adope Photoshoot and Lightroom

Highly organized, adaptable to changing priorities and solution-oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

Team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively

Curious and open to change; willing to improve existing processes

Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with legal agreements and contracts

Proficiency in English - verbal and written

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required

Familiarity with the film-industry workflow of producing
