Job description


Gleamer: French high rising company, with strong and dedicated people, who want to be the top marketer and seller of self-produced AI solutions. The AI solutions support medical doctors in improving their diagnosis while increasing their reporting efficiency and comfortability with reading exams.


The Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in the success of Gleamer in the North-East of DACH (Germany), ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, and establishing solid relationships with radiologists and healthcare facilities while contributing directly to improvements in patient care—patients through increased adoption of our AI solutions.

Responsibilities

·      Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target radiologists and other healthcare decision makers. Implement direct or indirect sales channels by educating partners on the value proposition and product usage.

·      Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating future needs.

·      Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning.

·      Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management through structuring, maintaining and updating the CRM.

·      Collaboration: Work closely with the development team and support team, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into the improvements of each product.

·      Contract Negotiations: Oversee and negotiate contractual terms with customers and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies.

·      Participation in conferences: representing Gleamer at the main sector events in Germany.

·      Prospecting and Upselling: cold calling, cold emailing, cold visits as well as aftersales and upselling duties are part of the daily work.


Experience: 

·      high-level education degree, min. 3 years in sales related job (Sales Rep., Account manager, etc.)


Availability:

·      July 2024


Knowledge/skills:

·      basic understanding of software selling

·      technical know-how (understanding)

·      high level communication and interacting skills, strong in negotiation and closing discussion.

·      problem-solving mindset, project management

·      medical device, healthcare, radiology knowledge is a plus.

·      languages: German (mother tongue) and English (fluent)

·      CRM usage 

·      organized
