We are looking for a UAT Test and Governance Manager (m/f/d), based in Munich or London.

Your Team

The IT Productivity & Steering Team of AGCS is in charge of managing external IT Services and overall IT Costs. As AGCS IT is fully outsourced to Allianz Technology managing the vendor relationship is crucial for the success of our company. We work as a diverse, globally distributed team and collaborate with stakeholders within AGCS and Allianz Technology.

The Impact You Will Have

Reporting to the Technical Director IT Productivity & Steering, you will own the global approach and guidelines for User Acceptance Testing at AGCS. You will closely collaborate with other functions within the AGCS Retained IT Organization, AGCS Business functions, and Allianz Technology delivery functions. Your main objective will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through appropriate and compliant User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the AGCS overall UAT Framework, including guidelines, processes, templates, roles, and responsibilities.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the UAT Framework and its documentation.
• Advise and guide AGCS business functions to ensure comprehensive User Acceptance Testing that is covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure UAT compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory (e.g., VAIT), and Allianz Group requirements in collaboration with IT Risk & Compliance and other IT functions.
• Provide guidance and support for UAT planning, scheduling, test case management, and test execution, including related testing phases and measures.
• Develop and oversee the UAT risk management framework.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and testing teams to align and support various testing phases, including functional, non-functional, and performance testing.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Extensive knowledge and experience in IT and solution delivery within large financial services companies.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall software development life cycle methodologies (e.g., SAFe).
• Proven track record in implementing new methodologies or tools requiring change management in technology environments.
• Expertise in software quality assurance methods, best practices, and various approaches.
• Strong focus on customer experience from an IT perspective.
• Extensive experience in testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for medium to large-sized solution delivery projects.
• Demonstrated project management and/or line management skills for medium to high complexity IT projects.
