What you can expect?
Lead a mid-sized team of test engineers and technicians on performance and environmental battery testing and certification.
Take responsibility for laboratory maintenance, audits and optimisation - in line with ISO17025.
Co-ordinate operations between QM, internal - and external stakeholder requirements, finance department.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, product excellence and industry best practice.
What you bring?
Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or comparable.
Min. 5 years experience in the field of battery testing - ideally in environmental and performance testing.
Bring expertise in measurement technology and functional safety standards (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 25119, ISO 13489, EN 62061).
Min. 2 years leading a small technical team.
Fluent German and English (C1/C2).
