Technical Writer

Required Reporting Skills:

Client is looking for a strong technical writer who can prepare CTI reports for them like the way what Mandiant, CrowdStrike researchers publish. Additionally, they are also looking for someone who have PowerBI designing experience to enhance the visuals of the dashboards, reports to present to senior management.

· Advanced Report Design:

• Develop visually appealing and professional report templates, incorporating high-quality graphics, charts, and infographics tailored to CTI data and findings.

· Content Enhancement:

• Refine and polish CTI reports, ensuring clarity, coherence, and conciseness while maintaining technical accuracy and depth.

· Presentation Skills Training:

• Provide training sessions for the CTI team on effective presentation techniques, focusing on engaging storytelling, impactful slide design, and clear communication of complex information.

· Dashboard Design and Marketing:

• Enhance the visual design and marketability of CTI dashboards, creating engaging and intuitive interfaces that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.

· Documentation and Standardization:

• Establish standardized procedures and guidelines for CTI reporting and presentations, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and alignment with industry best practices.
