We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a technical support engineer, this Position is based in Duesseldorf.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for after-sales technical support for photovoltaic projects, including troubleshooting technical issues, technical guidance, maintenance, etc.
2. Analyze technical service needs of customers, promptly respond to inquiries, and provide solutions.
3. Support customers remotely or on-site in maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment debugging.
4. Communicate with customers to resolve technical problems during installation, debugging, and maintenance.
5. Assist in developing after-sales technical support plans and provide training to customers and partners.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in an appropriate engineering field or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of work experience in product development or technical support in the renewable energy industry.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical analysis skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Fluent in English with proficiency in speaking and writing.
