MVPF VS is seeking a Tech Co-Founder (f/m/x) to build a venture in the Logistics Insurtech sector. As the Tech Co-Founder, you'll have the opportunity to shape and redesign the European fleet insurance landscape. In the role you will...

• In the first 2-3 months, you'll work with us as a "Entrepreneur In Residence" on a pre-validated business. If, together, we validate the business model and are mutually excited it, a pre-seed of 300,000 will be provided towards YOUR company.
• As the CPO/CTO Co-Founder, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of the company and building the company from scratch i.e. set up all operations, hiring and leading a kick-ass team and developing the business activities.
• As the Co-Founder, the business is your responsibility and you hold most of the venture equity, owning the brand, product, team, strategy, etc - you want it, you build it, you run it.

Your Profile...

• 5+ years experience in a senior leadership role such as Head/Director of Product, Chief Product Officer (CPO), or Chief Technology Officer (CTO), building and leading product and/or engineering teams in a fast paced start-up environment.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of drive and an ambitious work ethic. Passion for achieving success is essential
• Deep expertise in data engineering, data science, data security, privacy, and DevOps. Recognized as a subject matter expert in these areas.
• Exceptional product management abilities, with a strong track record of effectively bridging product development and engineering teams.
• You understand the fundamentals of VC funding
• Prior experience and knowledge in the logistics and/or insurance industries is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.
