Part of the ODDO BHF Group IT Department, you will join the CORE BANKING IT team, which has built a complete back-office platform to create a unique internal tool to manage all business lines of the group, to support the European ambition of the Group.
In this context you will be responsible, as direct team lead of IT Core Banking Business Services, for the following tasks:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their core banking strategy on Static data & Cash engine perimeter.
Actively involved in IT budget, collecting IT demands/requirements from the business & driving estimation with the team in charge
Consider the opportunity to mutualize solutions for France & Germany and potential risk for the impact of changes
Engage with cross-functional IT teams and senior management, to foster collaboration and ensure alignment of group process improvement initiatives.
Close collaboration with the Software DEV Factory based in Tunis or the provider, depending on the solution.
Report monthly IT budget/costs
Defining allocation of IT resources aligned with business priorities, in coordination with other IT managers
Contribute to the development and maintenance of process improvement frameworks, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of process improvements and identify lessons learned
Participate to functional release note preparation for each delivery regarding static data scope
Support the delivery process to ensure smooth post-deployment
Finally, handle bundle upgrade requests and bug fixes to guarantee optimum quality of service on the dedicated perimeter
Your qualifications - Our requirements
Successfully completed university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics or similar with a focus on IT
You have at least 8 years experience in Financial industry with knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain
Excellent team and communication skills with a previous experience as IT team manager
Strong experience in managing IT projects with in-house developed and/or external provided solution
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and/or multiple projects
Business fluent in written and spoken English required, very good knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
Analytical skills and curiosity are key to work in a demanding environment
Willingness to travel to Paris, Saarbrucken and Tunis
