Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead Affiliate Marketing (all genders) based in Munich to strategically lead our Affiliate channel and six experienced colleagues in different locations.

Your tasks:

• Own Affiliate channel and outline effective growth strategy to meet our performance targets
• Measure, analyze and report on affiliate performance against set KPI goals, proposing solutions and growth opportunities to the Head of Digital Advertising
• Lead and encourage Affiliate Managers to maximum performance and dedication, and support their professional development
• Build strong relationships with publishers, network partners and service providers
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meeting budgetary and quality standards
• Establish a shared process between Affiliate team and Regions/Markets to ensure channel strategy, campaign tactics and guidance are harmonically aligned and implemented
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years working experience with strong understanding of Affiliate marketing, digital marketing and e-commerce
• Acute understanding of core online advertising revenue models (CPM, CPC, CPO), as well as traffic channels such as social, search, PCE, display, mobile APP, etc.
• Profound knowledge of deal negotiation, testing execution and partnership-oriented mindset
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence in data management
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience in leading team and performance management, ideally within a multicultural environment
• Very good command of English
