Job Description: Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner - (6-month FTE)

Location: North Rhine-Westphalia.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission is to deliver exceptional results and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Native/ Business level German language skills are a must and you must be able to commute 2 days per week to visit the client.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a proven skill set in a high accountability role within talent acquisition as an individual contributor.
• Capable of delivering hiring from start to finish i.e. Role calibration, kicking off new requirements, managing multiple passive and active sources of candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback.
• Deep understanding of offer management and how to impact the outcome.
• Strong track record of driving high-performance teams and achieving exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Native/ Business Fluent German.
