Within Talent Acquisition, we are a team of five people located across Hamburg (our headquarters) and Dresden and we are looking for someone to join us at our lovely Berlin office as a Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders). You are not just filling roles, but you take the lead in sculpting the future of our technological landscape by sourcing, assessing, and hiring top tech talents!
Aufgaben
Proven experience as an inhouse-recruiter, preferably specialized in technical roles within the tech industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in both English and German
Bachelor's degree in a business-relevant field
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Sourcing experience or your willingness to build up expertise in this area is considered a plus
Experience in conducting interviews and in applying behavioral based interview techniques
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and sense for business
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Understanding of technical skills and technologies relevant to the roles we recruit for (software development, data science, marketing)
Profil
Take responsibility for steering the candidate selection processes for your open vacancies, from application submission to contract signature
Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, networking, referrals and job boards to attract top tech talents. Conduct proactive outreach and engagement with passive candidates to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Review applications, coordinate and conduct semi-structured interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications (business relevant skills, experience, and cultural add) for specific roles utilizing various assessment methodologies
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, craft comprehensive job descriptions, and provide guidance on market trends and talent acquisition strategies
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Engage in group-wide, international Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects
