System Engineer

My client, one of the leading Tech companies in Germany, are looking to gor the team by adding an experience System Engineer..

As an experienced system engineer, you will help to enhance and manage my clients internal IT services.

You have a solid understanding of system and infrastructure management and possibly some experience with a programming language. In the team, you will be responsible for their internal IT services. You are dedicated to automating tasks whenever possible and have experience with CI/CD pipelines. Ensuring maximum availability and top-notch information security are challenges you are eager to tackle.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate and develop our internal IT systems
• Implement pipelines and automate tasks
• Ensure information security and maximum availability

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux server administration
• Basic technical knowledge across the entire technology stack: networks, storage, data backup, virtualization, containers, monitoring, and databases
• Experience with automation tools like Salt, Scalr CMP, GitLab, and CI/CD
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Strong service orientation, quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset
