Storio group is looking for an experienced and passionate Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise IT team. Based in our Munich factory, you will play a key role in providing IT support to our office and manufacturing colleagues based at the site. Working as a part of a diverse team based across several European locations, you will also be expected to engage in wider group initiatives, working with colleagues to ensure we deliver a 1st class service to our colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide technical support to colleagues based in our Munich office/factory.
Collaborate with colleagues across the group to ensure all of our users receive 1st class technical support
Create and maintain operational procedures/documentations
Responsible for employee onboarding & offboarding
Impact and Contributions
Your experience will help identify gaps in our processes and procedures, and standardize our working practices across the group.
Continue to build upon our efforts to standardize our technical stack
Liaise with plant leadership to increase visibility of projects/initiatives
Experience And Attributes We'd Like To See
Windows Desktop Support
Good working knowledge of Active Directory
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Entra
Previous experience working in an Enterprise IT environment
Good understanding of security best practises
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service
Working in a Service Desk environment
Fluent in German and English
Nice To Have Experience
Working as part of a multinational team
Advance knowledge of macOS and Windows
Knowledge of Linux OS
Basic Network troubleshooting
