Supply Chain Planner

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner whose primary responsibility will be looking after our forecast and inventory levels for all our brands. It will be the Planner responsibility to strive to make sure we have the right product in the right place at the right time.

Your main responsibility will include but not be limited to

• Delivering forecast accuracy targets through the development of robust demand forecasts: you will be a key player in the definition and execution of these plans.
• Working cross functionally with brand, finance and supply chain to produce balanced demand & supply plans on agreed objectives.
• Regularly reviewing real-time sales performance and market conditions to push for demand plans adjustments.
• Developing and implementing inventory management strategies focused on maximizing return on capital.
• Monitoring and analyzing inventory turnover rates to enhance profitability and reduce excess inventory.
• Ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet demand forecasts and operational goals.
• Defining and executing processes to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations: Capacity planning, shipment consolidation and cadence, network optimization, among others.
  
  

A successful team member will have

• 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain planning role
• Ideal previous exposure to e-commerce
• Experience in dealing with systems and technology to scale planning operations: ERP knowledge, SQL, BI software, etc.
• Strong reporting skills for a broad range of audiences: from preparing the data to presenting insights
• Advanced use of a demand management system
• Determination for automation and process scalability
