Supply Chain Director

GWD Energy GmbH is a one-stop service provider in development, engineering, procurement, and construction operations (DEPCO) for various new energy projects and systems.

As a pioneer of clean energy and sustainable ecosystem, we focus on customized solutions ranging from distributed rooftop PV power station design, installation and construction, operation and maintenance, to energy storage system etc for households, industrial and commercial buildings.

We have an exciting opportunity of Supply Chain Director who will be responsible for: 1. Strategic Supply Chain Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the overseas supply chain within the

residential solar industry.

- Align supply chain initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring long-term

sustainability and growth.

2. Procurement Leadership:

- Lead procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract

management.

- Ensure cost-effective and reliable sources of supply, emphasizing quality and timely

delivery.

3. Logistics Optimization:

- Oversee international logistics operations, optimizing transportation and distribution

processes for the timely delivery of solar products.

- Implement efficiency measures to enhance the overall logistics performance.

4. Supplier Collaboration and Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with global suppliers, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships.

- Ensure suppliers adhere to quality standards and initiate continuous improvement

initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

5. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels and develop effective control strategies to minimize excess or

shortages.

- Implement inventory optimization techniques to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field 2. Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes 3. Working experience with relevant software 4. Excellent organizational and project management skills 5. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field is preferred
