You will be a thought leader, a true partner and a collaborator with a selected number of large clients within the German Government & Public Transport portfolio. What You'll Do At Pega:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across the client organizations within Central Government accounts and / or public transport (Deutsche Bahn).
  • Listen to what matters, while being able to leverage industry and product knowledge to share insights about how your client can maximize license to drive business benefits
  • Demonstrate creativity & curiosity for the client. Radiate new business within the customer base in assigned portfolio, aiming at leveraging projects with a maximum strategic impact and ROI


Who You Are:

A motivated enterprise software sales executive, driven to add value to your clients and their business process automation strategies. You are able to understand & if necessary challenge the customer’s thinking to quickly gain trust and credibility, build strong relationships and contribute to the success of your clients' transformation strategy.


What You've Accomplished:

  • You are most likely to be successful in this role if you have built a track record in strategic enterprise account management for complex software solutions (strategic account planning, multi-year account plans, capacity to drive a larger account team). While we offer terrific sales training through the Pega Academy we would appreciate some form of prior formal sales training and sales methodologies knowledge (MEDDPIC, Challenger Sales)
  • You should be able to demonstrate a track record of creating personal trust relationships at the highest level, and being considered as a partner who can be tackle the hardest challenges!
  • You enjoy adapting to a multitude of stakeholders, are known as an excellent presenter and fully proficient in English and German with a great ability to influence internal & external processes, winning every step of the game!
  • Keen interest (if possible experience) in Government digital transformation, public sector sales processes. Possibly experience with Deutsche Bahn.
