Your Responsibilities

• You will ensure that our flagship store is a very special feel-good place and guarantee a unique customer experience and partly work in daily sales.
• You will independently organise daily sales, ensure the availability of goods, and support us in implementing an appealing product presentation.
• You will be responsible for cash register accounting, store bookkeeping, and carrying out inventory count.
• You will assist in the planning and implementation of sales promotion measures.
• You will support our operations and customer care department with daily customer inquiries, ensuring consistent and high-quality service.

• Ideally, you have some professional experience in selling consumer brands and/or in customer support roles.
• You have a confident, friendly, and approachable demeanour.
• You find creative solutions to problems, are committed, and flexible.
• You are customer and service-oriented.
• You are comfortable using customer service software and other digital tools to manage customer interactions.
• You have strong communication skills and sales instincts. 
• You are fluent in both German and English
• You are currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master’s studies
