Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking a full-time professional for an immediate, permanent position in the Europe region with focus on sourcing of IT Services and Financial services.

Develop and implement sourcing concepts and processes in alignment with business stakeholders. Create business value and realize savings through Procurement activities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify areas for strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate the best possible sources or suppliers for IT/ Financial services.
• Lead Request for Information (RfIs) and Request for Quotation (RfQs) applying innovative sourcing methods such as game theory and e-Auctions.
• Prepare and conduct complex negotiations in an international environment, with expected minimum negotiated savings of ~ EUR 1 MN p.a.
• Handle a spend responsibility of ~EUR 25MN (+)
• Collaborate with the Legal Team to develop contracts.
• Ensure purchasing compliance by meeting/exceeding demands in terms of quality, price, and service.
• Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research/intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets, and establishment of contracts.
• Participate in regional & global Category Team projects and deliver on special tasks.

Your Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally in IT Services and/or Financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Sourcing processes and tools.
• Digitally adept.
• Good negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation strategies and tools.
