Our customer is a global leader in Engineering and R&D services.

The Solution Sales Manager focuses on the Industry 4.0 offerings, guiding the team to achieve the targeted Delivery Unit Metrics and KPIs set by the organization. The role ensures that delivery sales across practices and sub-practices is on track, excels in delivery, and exceeds customer expectations.

The target focus is on: Industrial Automation, Comprehensive Industry 4.0 Solutions, Lean & Quality Initiatives, Robotics and Automation in Europe.


The Position

  • Leading Sales Initiatives for Industry 4.0 Solutions:

Drive all sales efforts related to Industry 4.0, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement and market penetration.

  • Developing Sales Leads and Opportunities:

Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential accounts, transforming leads into opportunities for growth.

  • Expanding Market Reach:

Implement strategies to penetrate unexplored markets, broadening the company’s presence and influence.

  • Competitive Analysis:

Gather and analyze current marketplace information to monitor competition and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Client Engagement:

Engage with clients to discuss and understand their complete system requirements, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their end-user applications.



The Job Requirements

  • Expertise in EMM and Industry 4.0 Solutions:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of various Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Industry 4.0 solutions available in the market, i.e. MES, MOM, Digital Twin.

  • Proven Sales Experience:

Possesses a strong background in sales with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

  • Presentation and Demonstration Skills:

Skilled in arranging and conducting impactful demonstrations, presentations, and seminars for customers.

  • Customer-Centric Solution Implementation:

Capable of devising and implementing effective solutions to meet customer needs, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Forecasting and Achievement:

Experienced in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and successfully meeting them.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Excels in managing customer relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that support business growth.

  • Effective Communication and Team Collaboration:

Demonstrates excellent communication skills, effectively collaborating with and managing both sales and technical teams.

  • Languages:

Proficiency in both German and English is required.
