Planning, implementation, and commissioning of process control systems tailored to customer requirements
Specification and selection of new systems
Creation of PLC programs and realization of interfaces
Conducting in-house tests as well as coordinating and handling commissioning both domestically and internationally
Training employees and customers
Creating and maintaining project-related documentation such as functional specifications, project plans, test plans, and operating instructions
Troubleshooting at the customers site worldwide and providing remote maintenance for the systems we have installed
Qualifications:
Completed studies in electrical or automation engineering, or training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical or automation engineering
Expert knowledge in PCS7 and strong familiarity with Braumat, CEMAT, or Batch
Responsibility and enthusiasm for worldwide commissioning, as well as strong teamwork skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Very good English skills; German language skills are advantageous
Several years of professional experience in automation technology, preferably in the beverage and food or cement industries
Knowledge of Simatic S7 / TIA Portal and/or B&R
Experience in visualizing machine functionalities (HMI)
