Responsibilities

• Strategische Planung:
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Social-Media-Strategie, die die Markenidentität stärkt und das Engagement fördert
• Kontinuierliche Analyse von Trends und Entwicklungen in den sozialen Medien, um die Strategie entsprechend anzupassen
• Inhaltserstellung:
• Kreative Erstellung von ansprechendem Content für verschiedene soziale Plattformen, unter Berücksichtigung der Zielgruppenpräferenzen
• Erstellung von Bildern, Grafiken und gegebenenfalls Videos für Social-Media-Posts
• Community Management:
• Aktive Interaktion mit der Online-Community, Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten
• Pflege positiver Kundenbeziehungen und Lösung von Anfragen oder Beschwerden
• Kampagnenmanagement:
• Planung und Durchführung von Social-Media-Kampagnen zur Steigerung von Markenbekanntheit, Follower-Wachstum und Conversion
• Nutzung von Analysetools, um den Erfolg von Kampagnen zu messen und zu optimieren
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams:
• Abstimmung mit dem Marketingteam, um die konsistente Umsetzung der Markenbotschaft sicherzustellen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundensupport-Team, um Feedback und Anfragen zu koordinieren
  
  
  

Requirements

• Erfahrung im Social Media Management, vorzugsweise im E-Commerce-Bereich
• Umfassende Kenntnisse der aktuellen Social-Media-Plattformen und Trends
• Fähigkeit zur kreativen Content-Erstellung und Kenntnisse in Bildbearbeitungstools
• Gutes Verständnis für Zielgruppen und die Fähigkeit, maßgeschneiderten Content zu erstellen
• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Interaktion mit der Online-Community
• Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
• Vorteilhafte Qualifikationen:
• Erfahrung mit E-Commerce-Plattformen und Verständnis für Online-Verkaufsstrategien
• Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Social-Media-Analysetools
