Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that reinforces the brand identity and fosters engagement
• Continuously analyze trends and developments in social media to adjust the strategy accordingly
• Content Creation:
• Creatively produce engaging content for various social platforms, considering audience preferences
• Develop images, graphics, and potentially videos for social media posts
• Community Management:
• Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages
• Cultivate positive customer relationships and address inquiries or complaints
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, grow followers, and drive conversion
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize the success of campaigns
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent implementation of the brand message
• Work closely with the customer support team to manage feedback and inquiries
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, preferably in the E-commerce sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
• Ability to create creative content and proficiency in image editing tools
• Good understanding of target audiences and the ability to create tailored content
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with the online community
• Self-driven and proactive work approach
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with E-commerce platforms and understanding of online sales strategies
• Knowledge in using social media analytics tools
• Additional language skills are advantageous
