Join Les Lunes as our Social Media Manager and lead the charge in crafting an authentic digital presence that reaches millions of women across Europe. Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Content Creator Extraordinaire: Be the creative genius behind our social media presence, generating a captivating mix of photos, reels, videos, and TikToks that balance entertainment, sales, and product promotion.
• Community Content Strategist: Craft engaging content plans by tapping into relevant trends, addressing our community’s needs, and curating content from our brand, influencers, and users across multiple platforms.
• Community Guardian: Take charge of community management, offering unwavering support to our customers through social channels, and working closely with our customer service team.
• Analytical Maven: Evaluate your impact with a data-driven approach, fine-tuning channels, content, and conversations for maximum profitability. Your strategies also contribute to optimizing our paid efforts.
• Team Collaborator: Collaborate closely with our customer acquisition and performance marketing teams, bringing your creative perspective to the table and enriching our collective knowledge.
• Trend Spotter and Idea Innovator: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest social media trends and exploring new platforms and formats.

Dein Profil / Your Profile

• You possess 2-3 years of professional content creation experience, demonstrating your passion for the field.
• You exhibit proficient skills in managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a bonus if you’re well-versed in platforms like BeReal and YouTube.
• Your expertise extends to content production using social media apps and third-party software like CapCut.
• You’re well-versed in social media management, encompassing community management and editorial planning.
• You keep a keen eye on digital trends, consistently staying updated in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
• Your profile blends creativity with strong analytical skills, and you excel in working independently.
• You’re a proactive team player, consistently bringing initiative and fresh ideas to the table.
• Fluent in German, and English, and proficiency in French is an advantageous addition.
