Implement strategies to encourage UGC submissions and ensure the authenticity and quality of content
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates
Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content that aligns with brand messaging and goals
Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and campaigns
Community Engagement:
Proactively engage with our online community across various social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with followers, turning them into brand advocates
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation
Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating with, and managing influencers
Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
