Site General Manager/Geschäftsführer

We are proud to be supporting an innovative and growing CDMO, to find a talented and motivated General Manager for one of their most important sites in Germany. Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the site, and taking a leading role in defining the sites strategic direction. My client's ambition is to grow this site 60% over the course of the next 4-5 years.

As such you will be someone who enjoys the execution and management of investment projects, in addition to the development and nurturing of cultures which is constantly thinking about continuous improvement and development of new and innovative ways of working. As this role will have an important and lasting impact- not just at the site level, you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success working in the CDMO industry, and of working in comparable roles (Head of Operations/ Head of Site) where you have honed your ability to manage large and dynamic operations.
