About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Practice Director to lead our rapidly growing ServiceNow practice in the UK. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery team, sales team, and pre-sales activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving the overall growth and profitability of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the ServiceNow delivery team, sales team, and pre-sales team to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on delivering exceptional ServiceNow solutions to clients.

Practice Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and processes in all aspects of project delivery and client engagement.

Financial Management:

• Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the ServiceNow practice, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and report on financial performance to senior leadership.

Client Engagement:

• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Strategic Planning and Growth:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the practice’s capabilities, service offerings, and market reach.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a ServiceNow practice or similar environment.
• Proven track record of managing a P&L, with strong financial acumen and experience driving profitability.
• Extensive experience in managing delivery teams, sales teams, and pre-sales activities.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong business development and sales acumen, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, solutions, and industry best practices.
