The Foundation for Medical Innovations and the Medical Innovations Incubator GmbH specialize in fostering medical innovation. Since our founding in 2014, we have been working closely with particularly promising innovation projects and startups from the medical life sciences (medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals). We develop novel qualification programs, such as the "4C Accelerator Tübingen", organize lecture series ("Wie kommt das Neue in die Medizin?") and establish partner networks. For this holistic and unique approach, we were nominated for the Rudolf Diesel Medal 2022, Germany's oldest innovation award.

We are looking for an intern, working student or graduate (bachelor/master thesis). Knowledge in the medical fields is not required.

Tasks

Your task ...

You will be a key part in designing our brand identity and digital projects in collaboration with an international team of creatives that is serious about having fun. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.

• Your goal is to increase traffic, conversions and organic visibility to generate leads for the MII services
• Responsible for the further development and implementation of our SEO, SEA, SEM strategies
• Conducting keyword research and audience targeting (e.g. creating meaningful KPI's and reports, managing success control)
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
• Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
• Work collaboratively with other content managers to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Become an essential part of our team and be serious about having fun
  
  
  

Requirements

Your qualification...

• Strong interest in online/digital marketing, content management, web/communication design, media management
• Interest in the use of analytic tools (e.g. Google analytics, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, Google Search Console, Bing Webmastertools, Semrush, Sixtrix, Searchmetrix) and CRM/CMS systems (e.g. Salesforce, TYPO3)
• Well organized, responsible & dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects & deliver refined designs in short time
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment
