Currently, they are looking to add a (Senior) Vice President M&A to their headquarters in Essen. What the job involves
Strategic planning of organic and inorganic growth opportunities
M&A target identification and evaluation of with a focus on German and international acquisitions
Full M&A process responsibility for the portfolio companies (excluding PMI activities)
Directly reporting to the COO
Who we are looking for
Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance or similar qualifications
Several years of professional experience within an M&A boutique, private equity, family office or transaction advisory firm
Negotiation, process management and analytical skills
Motivated individual, able to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic working environment
Fluent German & English language skills are a must
