Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist

As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will partner directly with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to hire world class talent for ATOSS in Germany and in Europe. You will lead the development and execution of innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for all functions and utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective sourcing plans to identify and engage high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the specific needs and requirements of open positions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient sourcing process.
• Proactively engage with potential candidates, building relationships and maintaining a talent pool for future opportunities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and labor market conditions to refine sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis and mapping to identify potential talent pools.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing or recruitment with focus on sourcing within an agency or a corporate environment, ideally in the tech sector
• Fluency in English as well as German (minimum B2, C1 preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
