Senior Supply Chain Manager

The Senior Supply Chain Manager at DCUBED is tasked with ensuring operational excellence within the company's supply chain functions, while also establishing a strong foundation for future growth and addressing upcoming challenges related to import and export.

Role Overview & Project:

Logistics

• Technical and disciplinary management of incoming goods, warehousing, on-time production supply and shipping to ensure smooth processes
• Oversee internal and external logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and materials.
• Coordination of external logistics service providers as well as drafting and negotiating framework and individual contracts to optimize costs
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
• Implement and maintain logistics technology systems to improve operational efficiency and visibility

Procurement

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.

General Supply Chain

• Budget management, reporting and planning of investment decisions
• Communication and cooperation with management, sales and production
• Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and all relevant laws and internal regulations
• Maintaining and expanding successful business relationships with customers and service providersPromoting a culture of innovation within the supply chain department
