REQUIREMENTS:

• You process incoming leads and acquire new customers in your sales area. Your goal: to win projects (“design-ins”) and follow-up orders from OEM customers


• You will analyse application requirements and – together with our technical support team – advise customers on the best possible uses


• You build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers and maintain them through regular customer visits at home and abroad


• Through competent presentation and negotiation at all levels and customer departments, you accompany sales opportunities from the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract


• You represent us at national and international trade fairs and events. You will establish valuable contacts, promote awareness of our brand and continuously collect feedback from the market and users so that we can continue to develop our products in a focused manner


• You document sales opportunities, activities, contacts and relevant customer data in our CRM system to ensure the transparency of sales work


• In order to increase the visibility of our products and promote sales, you will support our marketing team in implementing campaigns and creating application reports. Of course, you will be happy to pass on your specialist knowledge to colleagues, partners and customers.


Additional:

• Completed technical studies (preferably with a focus on business administration) or comparable training • Several years of international B2B sales experience with sophisticated technical products from the capital goods industry


• Experience with CRM and ideally in sales opportunity processes (“Opportunities”)


• Ideally knowledge in the 3D or infrared range or specialist knowledge in measurement technology, lasers, sensors or optics


• Willingness to travel regularly (at least 2 days/week) and fluent German and English


• Good presentation skills, negotiation skills, team spirit, curiosity, analytical thinking, quick comprehension and strong organizational talent
