Senior Project Manager

Title: Senior Project Manager (Payroll/HR/HCM)

Location: Remote

Salary: €110,000pa plus bonus

Contract: Permanent

A leading consultancy is recruiting a Project Manager to join their rapidly growing Consultancy team.

This is a completely remote role that requires no travel.

This Project Manager job requires payroll professionals with Payroll/HR/HCM systems implementation experience. You will be responsible for project management of the entire implementation process from initial pre-sales demonstrations and determining the clients’ business requirements to full implementation through to parallel runs and data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones, and ensure they are communicated to stakeholders

- Monitor and report on progress of the project, addressing any issues that arise

- Liaise with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and scope creep

- Ensure that projects are completed within scope, time, and budget

- Identify risks and develop risk management plans

- Maintain project documentation

Technical Skills Required:

- Proven experience in project management of HCM platforms.

- Experience in the SaaS industry and Human Capital Management (HCM) software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in project management software

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies

This Project Manager requires excellent communication skills, a professional qualification (Prince II, HR or Payroll related) and thorough knowledge of HR/Payroll systems.
