Then come and join our global team as Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) Remote Scanning Solutions to propel our Remote Scanning business forward.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You create and implement innovative strategies that effectively engage potential and existing customers, facilitating a seamless transition to our sales force and enhancing visibility in new market segments
• You evaluate and refine go-to-market strategies globally, contribute to targeted marketing campaigns and align business models with current market needs and customer demands
• You work closely with sales and technical downstream teams to develop and streamline pre- and post-sales processes, ensuring that installations are efficient and meet customer expectations for smooth and secure operation and high satisfaction
• You forge and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology partners, and other stakeholders
• You provide expertise in change management, assisting healthcare providers in adapting their operational workflows to incorporate remote scanning solutions effectively
• You define and prioritize innovative operational and technical product requirements based on customer needs and ensure the product success in close collaboration with R&D and UX

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a university degree in the field of Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; a PhD degree is preferred
• You have many years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with modern healthcare IT technologies
• You have a proven track record in product management and business development, with substantial achievements in defining, launching and growing new digital products or services
• You impress with your deep knowledge of regulatory standards affecting medical devices and software in healthcare
• In addition, you have demonstrable experience in cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
  
  

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good English-language skills and are confident within an international environment; ideally you are able to communicate in other languages
• You convince with your strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems and provide practical solutions
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to persuade and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners
