Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable digital healthcare solutions.
• Guiding and directing the product management team
• Technical Documentation & Certification: Create technical documentation and support medical device certification processes.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests in line with regulatory standards.
• Roadmap Definition: Define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Product Execution: Manage and execute product features, set priorities, and track deliverables to drive strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, regulatory, clinical, and design teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Agile Development: Champion agile methodologies to drive continuous delivery and iterative improvements.

What you will need:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital health or medical devices.
• Experience with both hardware and software will be desirable
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Experience with medical device certification and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong technical background to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks
• Strong line management experience
