(Senior) PR & Communications Manager - (m/f/d) - Remote

Wir suchen eine dynamische Person im Bereich PR & Communications Management, die uns dabei unterstützt, unsere Markenbekanntheit in unserer Zielgruppe zu steigern, uns als Thought Leader zu etablieren und die Erfolgsgeschichten unserer Kunden zu erzählen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst und setzt eine zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikationsstrategie um und erstellst dazu passende Storylines in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team, abgestimmt auf die Unternehmensziele
• Du positionierst unser C-Level in Interviews, Panel-Diskussionen, Keynotes und Podcasts, um die Bekanntheit von Xentral zu steigern und unser Profil zu schärfen
• Du führst Studien auf Basis von internen, pseudonymisierten Kundendaten durch und aktivierst diese
• Du baust partnerschaftliche Beziehungen zu ausgewählten Kunden auf und führst gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Case Studies und Webinare durch
• Du entwickelst eine Social Media Strategie und betreust unsere Organic-Social-Kanäle
  
  

Dein Profil

• Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich PR & Communications
• Du besitzt ein gutes Gespür für Medienbeziehungen und digitale PR-Strategien
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Social Media Kanälen (LinkedIn, Meta)
• Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Kontakte in der Tech-Branche oder im e-Commerce-/ERP-Ökosystem
• Du zeichnest dich durch hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit aus
