We're seeking a strong and creative Software Engineer eager to solve challenging problems of scale and work on cutting edge technologies. In this new adventure, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team in the field of Insurance by building a holistic solution, interacting with multidisciplinary teams.
This project is to upgrade and modernise a Visual Basic/SQL DB application and 2 Lotus Notes applications (all are 25 year old applications and involves migration of 50+ million records of data with zero data loss out of LN) into modern digital cloud and hybrid microservices based applications running on native Kubernetes container platform.
Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of the recertification of firewall rules and connection filters for Zurich Germany.
Process optimization of firewall requests in cooperation with the global teams to increase recertification efficiency.
Analysis of regulatory requirements.
Development of a reproducible, VAIT/DORA-compliant recertification process.
Documentation of the recertification process.
Development of the necessary work instructions for recertification.
Training of stakeholders.
Data aggregation and correlation for the preparation of the necessary data for recertification.
Candidate must be ready to work on timing shifts.
Candidate might have overtime or on-call shift pattern.
