Key Responsibilities:

• Led and managed mainframe consulting projects from inception to completion.
• Analyze, design, and implement mainframe solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide strategic advice and technical expertise to optimize mainframe systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mainframe issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mainframe solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mainframe technology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mainframe consulting or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of mainframe systems, including IBM z/OS, COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.
• Java would be a plus
• Proven track record of successful mainframe project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English & German
