A leading Health-Tech/ eCommerce business based near to Berlin are looking for a Senior Loyalty Manager to join their growing digital transformation function and report into the Head of Engagement.

The Senior Loyalty Manager will be responsible for developing a new loyalty programme and omnichannel communications across the customer base.
Responsibilities
Drive and roll out a new loyalty program for their customers
Development of new use cases and mechanics for the loyalty program
Optimise of the user-friendliness of the loyalty program as well as the monitoring and tracking of all processes – reporting back to senior stakeholders
Development and execution of the omnichannel communication strategy for the loyalty program
Work with loyalty and CRM partners to drive the most efficient processes across the business
You will work alongside the broader Marketing team to support the growth of the business overall
Experience
You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, international management or a related field
You have several years of experience in project management, CRM, loyalty or similar roles
You have excellent international knowledge in e-commerce, preferably in the healthcare sector
You have strong knowledge of MS Office, Tableau and CRM and loyalty tools such as Tallon.One.
Experience rolling out new loyalty programs across different markets
You are a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
You’re fluent in German
You are a self-starter and a master of working with interdisciplinary teams
