Your Responsibilities

• As a Senior IT Program Manager, you oversee major projects and programs, holding overall responsibility for meeting deadlines, staying within scope, and managing budgets for the projects in your group.

• You will lead the project managers who will report directly to you with technical instructions. • You serve as the primary IT liaison for the contracting departments, addressing and managing cross-project prioritization and escalation processes with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers.

• You represent IT in project committees, ensuring high-quality reporting and project processes, particularly in risk management, change request management, and project and budget planning.

• You actively contribute to the development and enhancement of IT project management standards, guidelines, and tools.

Your Profile

• You have a university degree in IT or equivalent training.

• You have extensive experience managing complex, strategic IT projects and programs.

• Knowledge of universal banking management is advantageous. If you are unfamiliar in this area, you must be able to quickly learn the foundational knowledge expected.

• You have a solid understanding of IT, including application development processes, technologies, and specialized project management procedures.

• An IT project management certification is preferred.

• You can effectively comprehend complex issues and determine necessary actions or requirements.

• You are highly reliable, proactive, and driven to collaboratively advance projects and initiatives.

• You are open to new ideas and motivated to continuously improve your working environment.

• You are fluent in both English and German
