Senior Information Technology Project Manager

We're currently supporting a client in the medical device industry who are headquartered in Hamburg and are looking to strengthen their team.

Responsibilities:

• Promote smart work and secure collaboration to enhance satisfaction and Manage IT initiatives in both the Service area (emphasizing Microsoft Dynamics Field Service) and Sales area (emphasizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
• Offer specialized guidance to business units on effective use of system features, utilizing strong presentation abilities to clearly convey project objectives, outcomes, and insights.
• Recognize and execute process improvements in the Service domain, adhering to software standards to optimize system performance.
• Work closely with the Sales team to spearhead the analysis and enhancement of sales processes, aiming to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and lead the team in adopting new procedures and implementing strategies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, encouraging a cooperative work environment.
• Leverage excellent communication skills to inspire the team and manage cross-functional interactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or training in the IT area.
• 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects, particularly in the areas of MS Dynamics.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams through complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and IT systems, with a strong focus on optimizing processes and integrating technology solutions.
• Fluency in English.
