Senior E-Commerce Manager (all genders)

In this way, we have “shared” over 185 million times and our concept enabled us to build or repair over 300 wells, distribute more than 50 million meals, 20+ million hygiene products, make 62 million days of access to clean drinking water possible and provide 4 million hours of education. Your tasks:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify-based e-commerce platform in collaboration with another colleague
• Improve sales on marketplace platforms like Amazon
• Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies together with a performance marketing agency to drive traffic and sales
• Analyze website performance metrics and customer feedback to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Identify and implement new e-commerce trends and technologies to improve our online presence
  
  

Your profile:

• You have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce & min. one year experience with Shopify & Marketplaces
• You have a proven track record of managing and optimizing online store sales
• With your strong analytical skills, you know how to make data to drive decisions
• You possess excellent project management and organizational skills
• SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising are familiar to you
• You speak English and advanced German (at least B2)
• Social impact and sustainability spark your interest
