About The Role
Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a (Senior) Data Analyst Digital Marketing and E-Commerce (m/f/d) - Solar Trade ideally in Munich or Tübingen, otherwise also remotely within Germany. This position is a part-time role (20h/week).
What You Will Do
You will take responsibility for setting up and managing data tracking across our digital marketing and e-commerce channels (e.g. web stores, advertising platforms and social media channels)
You will implement and manage a first-party data strategy and database which integrates the different data sources
You will ensure high data quality and provision to serve as a trustworthy basis for decisions
You will consolidate data and insights into clearly structured and easy-to-use reports using Power BI
You will support local subsidiaries in setting up end-to-end performance tracking for their sales and marketing activities and campaigns, (ad-hoc) analyses and variant tests (A/B tests)
You will set up and manage consent management solutions
You will proactively approach optimization opportunities and market changes, e.g. regarding data protection, technical possibilities, and software selection
Your Profile
Three years of relevant digital analytics experience with in-depth knowledge and skills at least in the areas of website and e-commerce analytics
Ideally a university degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on statistics
Experience in dealing with marketing and e-commerce metrics and funnel tracking, as well as profound skills in the creation of tracking concepts and their implementation, working with tag managers and carrying out A/B tests
Experience and skills to set up first-party data tracking including a respective data base
Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as ability to make well-founded decisions
Confidence with the definition and handling of KPIs and the creation of meaningful reports
Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way, even to non-expert audiences
Communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Service orientation and a talent for personal interaction with international colleagues
Excellent English skills
