The Job:
Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers in Germany, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Generate sales with new and existing customers through physical/virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and other platforms, as applicable and exceed monthly sales quotas and collection targets
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients, increasing revenue and account profitability
Identify and target key prospects, initiate and nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term clients
Develop and maintain account plans for each customer, setting clear objectives and strategies for account growth and retention
Responsible for preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers
Work closely with cross functioning teams to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for client growth
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing input for enhancing client strategies
Requirements
The Person:
Native Germans are encouraged to apply.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales-related roles
Proficient in both spoken and written business German
Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS)/apps/software products
Demonstrated sales and customer satisfaction track record, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
Familiarity with the local market and the related industry is a plus
Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, and strong team collaboration
Innovative with the ability to generate new marketing ideas and strategies
Willingness to work completely remotely as an Independent Contractor
