To strengthen the team at our Berlin office, we are looking for a person who will work independently and actively contribute to the continued success of the company. You can expect a responsible task, short decision-making processes and active teamwork.
Your area of responsibility
· Prepare comprehensive (quarterly) reviews and reports detailing the financial health and performance of the asset portfolio.
· Monitor and assess potential risks associated with the asset portfolio.
· Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard investments.
· Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the portfolio.
· Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
· Collaborate with senior management to articulate strategies and performance outcomes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance asset performance.
· Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.
· Manage the budget and associated cashflow of the portfolio
Your qualification
· Completed studies with a focus on real estate management or training as a real estate specialist
· Several years of profound professional experience in the field of asset management of commercial real estate, preferably in the healthcare segment
· Excellent analytical an presentation skills
· Experience in the field of project development
· Structured and independent way of working
· German and English at a business fluent level
· Yardi knowledge is an advantage
