Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Location: Remote (Willingness to travel for project-related reasons is a must)

Salary: Up to €120k (DOE)

Experience with HCM/HXM/SUCCESS FACTORS or any other SAP HR-related module is a plus.

What We Are Looking For:

• Successfully completed technical or commercial degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of development experience with SAP ABAP OO.
• Very good knowledge of SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS/LESS, UI/UX, SQL-based databases, script-oriented programming languages (JavaScript), XML and its transformation.
• Independent, structured way of working, coupled with analytical and conceptual skills.
• Enjoy working with HR and IT solutions, optimizing them, and designing new solutions to best meet customer requirements.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation, support, and further development of HR systems based on SAP HXM, SAP SuccessFactors, and the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Conception and development (backend or frontend) of complex applications and interfaces in the HR-IT area.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for the developed solutions.
• Documenting processes, procedures, and developments.
• Analyzing and introducing new technologies and methods in the SAP environment and advising customers on their feasibility.
• Conceptual preparation and execution of projects as well as efficient implementation throughout the entire project cycle.
